個人戶轉公司戶的手續
有夥伴詢問個人戶轉公司戶的手續，我打電話問了客服，以下資料提供給大家參考。
1. 聲明書(簡單說明轉公司戶的理由)
2 .重新填寫新經銷商同意書(這次要選公司戶) 並蓋大小章
3. 營利事業登記證影本或公司設立許可證影本
4. 公司負責人身分證影本
5. 如果是獨資企業請提供獨資企業影本。若是合資請提供股東名冊影本
6. 公司銀行戶頭影本
7. 960工本費(3家店入會, 320/ 1家店)
8. 到台北總公司櫃台做見證
9.10天工作天
